Telling them “pads with wings” translates into exactly what the men purchased in this video series; easy way to get what you need when it comes to these products is this, before you send your man out for your feminine hygiene products (ie: pads or tampons, etc) either show them the box or bag the product comes in or text them a picture of the item. This way they will know exactly what they are looking for. These ladies in the video are truly blessed to have men who are willing to help them out with something like this.
...No, men are not all so dimwitted as to need a picture to realize that pads either have "wings" attached or don't. And I doubt the men in this video are actually *this* confused after being told she didn't mean chicken wings. The women could just say "winged pads" though, to avoid the dad joke.
