The population density that's highlighted is so crazy to me. I'm Dutch and the Netherlands feels so rural to me, when it's clearly not haha. By the looks of it you could've finished it with 3 more cities:
"Emmen" south of Groningen closer to the German border.
    "Meppel" mid-north of the Netherlands.
"Den Helder" the little peak above Amsterdam below the islands.

I felt the same when he got Saarbrücken. I was already kinda sad because I thought it wouldn't get covered at all, seeing as Metz, Luxembourg and Trier all weren't close enough.

For the Salisbury zone, I was thinking Bath. In France I think you forgot Cherbourg, and Essen in Germany. In south Italy remember Foggia and Messina, neither of which I think you named. Glad you finally remembered Ploiesti, which of course the USA bombed several times in WWII as it was the main Axis petroleum refining town. On the other hand you remembered many cities I wouldn't be able to recall if I sat and thought for a month. [oh and as I've said before I don't think it's cheating to look up how to spell something]

The names of the two Frankfurts are Frankfurt am Main (on the Main), and Frankfurt an der Oder (on the Oder); as a side note, I find it funny that the one more people recognise is the "Main" Frankfurt.

Some Polish cities are hard to spell, but you'd do well to type these very simple names (I'm using Polish letters, but replacing them with English ones they are very simple words to remember): Toruń, Ełk, Piła, Radom, Konin, Słupsk, Zielona Góra, Krosno, Wisła, Nowy Targ, Tarnów, Łańcut, Karpacz, Elbląg, Olsztyn. This would fill up a substantial portion of the country.

For those wondering: "Frankfurt" always gets you two towns: "Frankfurt am Main" in the state of Hesse and far apart from that to the Polish border "Frankfurt an der Oder" in the state of Brandenburg.

Great video ! A few cities that i know and that you might find useful.
In Switzerland you have davos, in the east, where the WEF summit happens, interlaken was good, but not big enough, it's between the lakes of Thun and Brienz, both cities which I think are over 10k.
In Spain you had pamplona, where the tomato throwing festival happens
In Greece you have quite a few cities which where really important during the antiquity, like Delfi and Rhodos.
In Ukraine you have bakhmut, and in near Russia Belgorod
The Serbian city you were looking for was Novi Sad
For France, i highly recommend looking at football teams, like Auxerre for example.
For Germany you have Brandenburg and Neubrandenburg, which gave the name to the well known gate.
These are from the top of my head, but you definitely did better than I would ever have. Congrats!

If covering as many cities is the the goal: since Germany is so densly populated you should learn some in Niedersachsen and in the east: Schwerin / Rostock (state: Meck-Pomm, Erfurt (Thuringia), Dresden (Saxony), Magdeburg (Sachen-Anhalt). And for other areas in Bavaria: Regensburg, Würzburg, Augsburg. For other areas in Hesse: Fulda.

To be honest, I've always preferred the CityQuiz version of this test, just naming as many cities as you can without all the extra ones feels like a better test of what you actually know. Plus on that one you can disable multiple of the same names. Don't know if you've tried it, but it's a super great website, really good for learning, and a much more accurate test of knowledge!

A suffolk city for the future is Ipswitch (although it may be too far north?). It helps chain memory of such cities together, like: norwich, -witch, ipswich.

Russia is 85% of the difficulty in my opinion. Also because you don't know how far towards the urals the cutoff is. Same thing with e.g. the Portuguese remote islands, like Tenerife isn't counted but the Azores are :-/ Luckily Istanbul also covers the entire European side of Turkey
