You are correct, it is the singing voice of TINA COLE who co-starred on the old tv show MY THREE SONS, and often sang with her cousins. At the time of the RAQUEL WELCH TV SPECIAL, the producers did not feel that Raquel's voice was quite up to par, so Tina Cole was called in to do most of the singing for her. Strange, but true - later on in her career, Raquel sang for herself and did pretty well - but it's Tina Cole singing here.
