I received my washer yesterday and I want to thank you , the adapter was the same part number I purchased a 8 ft washer hose , I'm washing today I love it. my machine is a Giantex has the same size hookups
That is so cool. I was thinking of mounting the dryer up on the wall over my toilet and just making sure the bathroom vent is on when drying and this video helps show it is possible. :) No different humidity wise than taking a shower then, and no damage to the apartment. Thanks for the video!
A bathroom fan would definitely help with the humidity. I live in a big apartment building with bathroom vents, but it isn't truly a fan to suck the humidity out, but I wish it did. Instead, I turn up the air conditioning in my apartment when the dryer is in use.
Is the water pressure from the shower going to harm my pipes by keeping the water on the whole time that the washer is running or do I need to turn the water off after each fill?
Thank you for the tutorial to connect the hose to a shower head. How much do you turn on the shower? The PSI is different than the maximum a sink does and I’m concerned there will be too much and eventually break down my machine. I have a haier combo laundry machine.
That's true. However, for me this is useful. I live in a home with a basement laundry but am starting to get to old to lug heavy laundry baskets up and down the stairs. I do have a tiny second bathroom with a shower stall that I could sacrifice. It would not fit 2 machines side by side but I could probably buy a rack to stack the dryer over the washer.
+Carla Coste 2 months ago, did you find one? Try local hardware store or Home Depot. Look for an older person with some experience, they will help you. Take the parts you have with you. If none, tell them you need a quick connect kit for faucet and washing machine hose.
How does the washer not damage the water lines/pipes with pressure? If the shower is turned on and the water is being sent to the washing machine how does it stop a build up of water pressure? I love this idea but that’s my only fear

On my machine, I only need 14 psi, I would turn on the cycle and just slowly turn the shower nozzle until it flows through your pump.
How did your Magic Chef washer work out? Is it about the same size as the one you have now? Would you recommend the Haier washer over the old one?
No too many of us apartment dwellers have a "spare" shower to put a washer and dryer....

We don’t have a spare bathroom but we store our portable washer in the closet and roll it to the batgroom
Does anyone know where I can buy the faucet adapter? I bought this washer off of craiglist and it didnt come with it =(

How do you like the dryer?
Mary Kieser It's great for the price and convenience. Regards,

Can anyone answer this?
The same way toilets, laundy rooms, sinks, and dishwasher works. The water flows only when you open the mechanism.
