Nice video! A couple tips - you assembled the bolts backwards for attaching the tongue to the front axle. The nuts and large washers are supposed to go in the back. The bolt heads may dent the axle tube and make the tongue loose over time the way you assembled it. Also, there should be a black plastic boot cap at the bottom of the handle tube when assembled to avoid metal-on-metal rubbing between the handle and tongue. That will also eliminate the slop in the handle.
I think the black plastic cover on the toungue is a bushing. Also I think the gates are on backwards they should drop and hang perpendicular to the ground.
Thanks , I just got the 1000 lb cart same as yours . Mostly a toy for me . hope i can get some work out of it . I had to place large washers to each wheel to take the slop out . I did add oil to each wheel also '
Bought one similar from Tractor Supply. A year or so later the tires were shot. no biggie. But! The races on the wheel bearings had done rusted themselves to the axle stubs. A 3lb sledge and a can of penetrating oil later.....I had three rims that survived. And! The really great news is that the part (wheel/tire) is discontinued! And it is some goofy hub length that NOBODY makes! I bit the bullet and ordered 4 new tires/wheels from Tricam Industries (GroundWork). C-H-E-A-P tires! I fully suspect a dandelion will cause puncture!
Hi I own the same cart my name is Lewis and I'm a gardener in San Jose CA now check this shit out, I've got the cart for x mas 2 years ago and the cart is my truck I have a motorized bicycle
To finish my story I connected the trailer to the bike and do all my gardening with it like load up lawn mower and other tools and dog and I go do a route really great cart thought I'd share that
I do not like the yoke steering it is inherently unstable, bring back the car type steering where the wheels stay under the four corners of the wagon where they belong. Engineering wise it seems like we are moving backwards.
Would this thing drive well through lose gravel similar to that found by the railroad tracks? I have a yard full of gravel that size and beed something that's good at hauling about 500 pound loads through the gravel.
Thanks for the video. I bought the groundwork cart from tractor supply and it is similar to the one you reviewed and it broker on day 2 and the replacement broke in the store the same way. The metal pulled apart at the weld. This appears to be better manufactured. Any gripes or complaints after owning for a few months ( like adding washers or design flaws?) Thanks
@@ACPro I wonder if a John Deer poly trailer could be converted. I pick seaweed for a living, and make good enough money for myself. But it's not a lot. Kind of like working in a store at minimum. I'm thinking of ways of cutting the pickup out while I'm still young. Poly trailers are like 100 lbl, but they could handle it for sure. The one in the yard feels like 2lbls.
@@jeremybenson5782 better off just building one. Take 2 old bikes from the dump and weld in mesh. Simple trailer and can do it free from scrap you can find at the dump.

I am glad you showed assembly from boxing to finish.
Glad it helped!
Thank you so much for this video I for Christmas😊 I got my son a gorilla cart.
Nice he will love ut
Thanks
Just bought one
This’ll help
But OSHA does not approve of exposed toes during assembling
screw OSHA and
Let’s Go Brandon FJB!

The wheels have sealed bearings, they don't need oil. Washers are a good idea.
I got my 12k cart, and my box looked nothing like that; I guess it's the way Walmart works
I can't wait to get my 14k one; it'll haul more store stuff

That what I was looking to find out before ordering one I couldn't no flats to fit. That saved the trouble of ordering one

Good call

Loaded with 500.00 it would be hard to pull. If yoy pull it with at it would be ok but I couldn't imagine the tongue lasting long time.
That’s what they make sockets and ratchets for.
Everyone has a different way . But as long as it gets done. Everyone is right. Thanks for watching

Only thing I would like better is for the powder coat to be thicker. Metal is alittle thin but for normal yard work it is ok.
I got tired of tripping over the tongue that wouldn't stay "up". I used a piece of 1-14" angle iron to extend the tongue out 8".
Where did you purchased this cart ?
I hot this one from Amazon
The size of this trolley please?
Not exactly sure maybe 36 x60
I'd like to see someone use one. How does the axel move in the front? Is there too much play in the axel to convert it into a bicycle trailer?
Shouldn't be a problem. I'm not sure you want to drag it 30mph however
@@ACPro Would that be an issue with the bearings or the tire? What do you think about putting bike tires or something on it?

What is the size of the square tube pipe used in the front/rear axel as well as in the handle?
What did it cost & where did you get it from?
This was around 200.00 and I think it came from amazon
@@ACPro It must be a hot item… Everywhere I look they are out of stock
Theres a piece that fell off for the tounge so it doesn't have play
thank you
Put a pair of boots on!
Ok
Its 115 lbs
This wagon doesn't weight 115lbs.
Too bad the coating is so poor.
I agree
What do you expect!
Came from Joe Bidens delivery service!

Can I hook it to my atv?
Should work well with at. Maybe use a pintel hook
How tall is this wagon?
It's about 24"
