First, check the underhood starter, ASD relays and fuses. Also check the No.11 fuse behind the glovebox and coil pack. Did you replace the camshaft postion sensor on the transmission bellhousing? Do you have fuel pressure? If not check your wiring harness plug for wire breaks back by the tank and your fuel pump. Also check the PINs for voltage o. the wiring harnesses going into the PCM. There is a video on TH-cam on how to do it.
Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue and also changed everything you did as well as the timing chain etc. Mine has been sitting for a year now and 3 mechanics, still can't figure it out.

I ended up buying a new computer and it fixed everything.
