I have a question about adding storage to my FIRESTICK EDITION T.V, do I need a ETHERNET ADAPTER in order to get more STORAGE SPACE on my TV 📺 for a USB DRIVE...THANKS... STEVE M.
Hi. No You just need 3.0 USB Drive. But you do need to format it to FAT32. To Format the USB Drive: Home > Settings > Device and Software > USB Drive > Format to External Storage -To Move the App: Home > Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Select the app > Move to External Storage **Please note** Not all apps support moving to an External Storage
Hi. If it has a transformer like in the video, then yes just remove it if the device. On all devices that don't have a transformer like a TV, That's when you unplug it and wait about 2mins.
Hi. I was using this as a example, Most devices have the power supply built in. So you won't know when the power goes out. When I ask my client to unplug and plug back in a device they never give it a good minute. And when I get out there and do it, It works. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the information. Appreciate it.
Glad it was helpful!

Does unplugging from the machine itself or switching off at the back of the machine have the same effect; only instantly?
