Heads up, If you have the old version and do the update "ALL Favs" will be deleted.. So if you want to catalog them do so before updating.. I just took a bunch of screenshots with my phone... Not sure about the newer version.... Thanks for the vid btw...

The box is up-to-date, but it doesn’t have 3rd party apps and the box is useless. I can get all those channels on an IPTV app and only cost $10 a month not $300+
I tried to update my elite and it was at version 3.0.9.17 and tried to do what you said? All the things didn’t match! Now I have deleted evidently any operating system . Any ideas how I can install the current or working version.

The remote that comes with the X5 doesn't have a mic. If you get a remote with the mic option. It will be very limited, this box isn't setup for a mic.
Tanggula link was removed, so they sent me this update. This is the only way I can give you the update. Someone kept hitting the download button, so the link was getting overloaded. This link has been download over 500K time. I don't have 500K views on this video. Someone is just being an A$$. Just helping you guy to get your boxes back up and running.

I'm not sure why they don't want people to do the upgrade. But they are only telling the people without the TAS app not to do the

Did it just stop? Did you try rebooting your WiFi?

Try going into setting - Apps - tang tv. Hit clear cache then hit clear data. Then try the app.

I'm not sure, Try using hotspot just to see if you can connect. If you can then your router (ISP) might be blocking you.

If you have the TA Store, there is a Tangtv22 update. If you don't have the TAS then yes this is the latest version (Tangtv18)
