These are three basic steps during every step crank the engine with safety precautions. 1. Check oil pressure with pressure gauge 2. If oil pressure is good, remove the rocker arm shaft and check the oil coming from the hole under the rocker. 3. If oil is coming in the hole, check for restrictions in Rocker. If not coming, remove the head .
