A conduit adapter should have been installed to keep the conduit from falling out and to prevent the sharp edge of the knockout from cutting into the conductors. Will do right away. This is a cable for the garburator and the breaker is off. No one will ever use that cable again as garburators are banned in Vancouver and most cities will follow. 99% of the time that cable is dangling live under the sink, this is definitely going to fix the problem.
