Corrections since Wikigrisser has a bad translation for Elise causing completely different interpretations.
Elise is the only one who uses her keys (im 99% sure from watching trial gameplay) she gets her keys back when they are removed, this can allow her to attack twice per round every round if placed well. Even if you just use it as an act again without attacking you can still heal and reduce debuffs and cooldowns since her buffs do not decrease from the act again

Went and fortunally got Tourmilque. Because I am a semi noob and her bond requirements were doable for me
Edit: And because I wanted to play with some newer and mobile characters but most of them have bond requirements i dont have

I fairly certain that on a destiny banner, after you get the first SSR, there is 26.7% chance to get another copy of each SSR on the banner and a 20% chance to get a random. At least that’s what I was told, unless things changed. It’s not just random after the first SSR.

If a Unit has like 600 attack.. sometimes 15% higher 7 movement 4 range 90% damage up some times a faction buff --- maybe tiaris buff for more movement and attack and 120% damage up and Reduce damage taken when enter battle and down reflect 30% with tiaris
Is this a good unit?
1.4 Ratio on attack
Swag too
Is this a good viable unit on Apex ?
Also Let's just assume The faction buff and Tiaris is a sometimes thing at best
