The resonance is the enchant effects, affects Breeze, Clock, and Thorns. With 5 stacks of Armor Affinity, it turns those enchants from 30% chance into 105% chance to activate.
Celica looks crazy good, but not strictly better than Rozen. Rozen’s debuff block and passive talent heal is still incredible. And I think - correct me if I’m wrong - Celica’s version of crystal healing is not equippable but a replace effect skill after using another skill first. Maybe Celica is slightly better in PvP because of the revive, but I think Rozenciel will remain stronger in PvE.
Yeah, Celica has a replaceable 1c and 2c skill, which makes her have a HUGE variety of healing, support AND attacks skill (19 in total I think, when counting on on vn. Langrisser) Add to that her 3c adds a passive revive + statsbuff and all healing/support skills will be castet twice and that ally, from the other end of the map if needed... Add also, Rosen is an older character by now, and therefore will have significantly lower base stats than Celica. Rosen will ALWAYS be a top, top, top tier healer, and favorite healer for many of us, BUT I do also think she slowly will become second choice for those who gets their hands on Celica...
For apex, agreed. But there’s been a lot of content where having Rozenciel’s consistent debuff shield and mass crystal heal at-the-ready is invaluable. The available replacement ability is probably at random (like Girl in the Shell) and wouldn’t be available on turn 1. Just like Tiaris excels at ST reactive healing, I think Rozen still has the top place when you need to protect against aoes & debuffing, especially turn 1. And I think in terms of non-Apex, Rozen will stay top. (I will still be pulling for Celica obviously)
