How to Add Emphasis to an Irish Fiddle Jig

- Are strong beats and accents the same thing? Or should they be when you’re playing an Irish jig?
In this tutorial, I’m teaching you one specific technique to use to help you add emphasis to your Irish fiddle jigs. Make sure you have your instrument handy so you can play along! I’ve included the sheet music with my suggestions for accents on a traditional jig called Top of Cork Road. Let me know what other tunes or tune types you’d like an emphasis suggestion tutorial for!
