Hi Carlos. Great video and thank you for the RE links. Do you know roughly what percentage real estate prices in Pico have increased since you bought your place 3 years back?
It's hard to say, it really depends on the island, the area of the island and the condition of the property. This is just a guess, but rustic houses that need quite a bit of work maybe went up 10 to 15%. I have seen some of the more modern houses being listed at least 25% or more above 3 years a go. It is important that some of the agents are inflating some of the properties, they wind up sitting on the market and never sold. We will be looking closer at the market, affordable properties etc, when we get back. Stay tunes for some videos on it. I hope this helps, take good care.
