To use pumpkin purée, reduce the amount of wet ingredients in the recipe so that you end up with the same amount of wet ingredients total as the original recipe. I have made a vegan challah with sweet potato before while on vacation in Hawaii. I look forward to trying using the pumpkin purée! Perhaps that will be a future video too!😎
