Hello mam . I am a flight engineer.. As per your problem You might have ur HDMI cable not supporting your CPU... Therefore its recommended that you use VGA cable... IF problem persists then there would be a problem either with software or hardware of system that can only be solved through diagnosis. IF VGA cable works!! Thats 👍
