Excellent...I don't remember what I ordered, yep been there. I was just thinking of Boss Spirit just the other day. I had one of those moments where the scent or part of the scent came to mind...do you ever have that? As for the° Degree mark it really is just a degree proof mark. At a later date 90's as you know it changes to % as did Alcohol. I saw a comment some time ago correcting degree to proof as in percentage, one and same really but° proof does help to signify a true 80's fragrance. Not quite the tangent you think I've gone off on... As....I just scored a 90° EDC yes 90° EDC.... of Hermes Caleche old label bottle in box 235ml for $40! I just knew the seller is not getting much interest, kind of hidden and Caleche doesn't set pulses wildly. I just couldn't resist the bottle at that price. Only one other bid and they must not have been keeping tabs on it. Looks great next to similar size pewter top Eau D'Hermes. Don't be swayed by comparisons to No5. Chanel does Chanel so well, Hermes is Hermes I'm sure you know what I mean. I'm loving it, the transitions in it I find are more interesting than No5 for example. I've just found another hardly comes up and in extrait form fragrance that has a crucial spelling mistake, so far no bids. Just got to wait..... Oh and Mexican Vanilla, vanilla is vanilla unless really really creamy like Madagascan. I think the only difference for Mexican Vanilla is in the pronunciation... a bit like Ariba Ariba but said in a loud high pitched voice... Van nee la la la la ,further accentuated with shooting pistols in the air! Or maybe a complete misunderstanding on my part 🤔
i only have back-up bottles for a handful of perfumes with Tobacco Oud being one of them - i have both a 50ml and a 100ml backup and i almost need to open one of them - one of my most favorite fragrances.

But now I'm starting to smell some new stuff too but I still love vintage the most. Another good video to do Sunday maybe when you get enough new or sweet or aquatic fragrances ( since. ,like me you usually don't like those) you can do a video on Fragrances in categories that you normally hate. Call it "Cranky Ramsey concedes" haha. I hated to admit but there was a blue fragrance I'm ashamed to like. And I'm noticing, while it's sweet I like something about Man in Black Bvlgari. Still vintage forever though!!!

And it's supposed to smell like a ruined Castle after a Castle siege. It very well may be Beauford or whatever the house is called. Sounds like something they would make. I think Egoiste itself was a Jaque Polge mistake. I haven't yet learned to like it. Ashtray smell. Bad potpourri. I have learned to like Hermès Bel Ami and now have a full bottle.
Congrats... Bel Ami is my number one frag and I would argue the best leather frag ever created (at least according to my tastes) and many of the other leathers that get hyped like PureDistance M & Roja Fetish ph parfum smell like Bel Ami 😊

I Really like Aramis too ... thats the great thing about this hobby is there is something for everyone ... i would take Tuscan Leather over Ombre Leather personally as Ombre leather feels like a more wearable Tuscan Leather... but I like my fragrances daring for sure ! 😊

And Vintage second reformulations Belami, no wonder its your favourite. I am in love with belami but its so hard to find. Try to get the shaker bottle.
Alright, so I threw in Lapidus Pour Homme in my last order because of you Ramsey. And the other guy you mentioned a while ago who did the same. 😆 Ssslowly starting to creep up in price, and I just had to have it as a reference before it disappeared. But yeah, from Sebastian's interview with Jeff from Parlux (who owned Animale at the time), Animale Animale was actually based on Cresp's original Angel edp. Never was a fan of UltraZest though. Nor Kryptomint. Super synthetic flavours on top of flat bases. Pure Tonka was teetering on the fence, but then Mugler drowned for me after that. Swallowed up by a bigger fish on its way to the bottom. 🐟 Now all we get is the occasional burp from the depths. 🌊Ps, don't drink the water. 🚱
