Always a risk taker and made it her own. 😆 dealing with death but the show must go on. Enjoyed this Versus Reactions. More to come and More Power. Regine was grieving during that time due to her father's death around 2 weeks before that concert. Mang Gerry Velasquez is always present in her performances (stage father) even on her mall tours. Perhaps that concert was the first time Mang Gerry was not in the audience in flesh but for sure wherever he is, he would be a very proud father. Regine will not be The Regine if not for her father's hard work to train her as a singer who in turn the most beautiful vocal chord that the Philippines has - a world class singer. Anyway, regardless of her loss, the show must go on and as usual she was able to deliver impeccable performances during that concert - this says alot about her professionalism and love of her fans. just FYI, Regine's father "Mang Gerry" died a week or 2 before Regine did this concert. Her heart is obviously totally broken, its the first concert that she did without her dad watching and that night we are all saddened by her situation (you can watch the full version of the concert here in youtube too) but as an avid fan of hers, she did set aside what shes currently feeling that time just to give her 100% performance as always. I am so glad that you guys also felt it, and this only shows that you base your opinion purely from the bottom of your heart!! love love love
