The dates could be pushed out, of course, but some time within the reasonably short future is better than… well, graphics card availability, most new car availability (many major brands are pushing delivery dates for 2021 models out to 2025 or later), etc.

At one point Elon tried to hold talks with Apple when things were getting really rough a while back for Tesla (around 2017). Wonder how Apple feels about missing out on that opportunity now! But super glad it didn’t happen- they got through it and look where they are at now. Huge respect

The world needs to protect this man at all costs. Everything he touches turns to gold. Tesla has changed the car industry in a lot of ways. Putting EVs on the map, using many different battery cells in a battery pack to distribute heat and eliminate single point of failure, using flush door handles, using a single touchscreen and no physical buttons, using over the air software updates, aero wheel design, introducing the frunk, selling direct to consumer without dealership, building everything upfront and then making customer to unlock FSD, sentry mode, etc. The list goes on. So glad I bought mine before the insane price increases this past year.
