I met this guy. On Genshin Impact. He is an Alhaitham main, while I am a Kaveh main. We live in different countries so I can only meet him through text. He likes music and me too, but our music is totally different from each other. Eventually, we are the opposite in everything. And even our personality too... Ahahah... It's a bit like our main. In the few first weeks when I first met him, every day was like a sunny day with a field of sunflowers in the morning, and the wind blowing the flowers gently as the sun was just up above the horizon. I'm sorry if that is too poetic, but that is really the vibe I have from texting him every day, a calm and soothing vibe. We learn about our personality, our interests, and our habits, both good and bad. A bit, a bit, every day. But recently, I feel like he starting to distance himself from me, hanging out with his friend more. I feel like if I just disappear, he won't even bat on eyes on it. The ways he response to me is like he is forcing himself to do it. You won't be able to tell if they're tired or just getting bored. I had a long-distance boyfriend of 4 months. The last 2 months he slowly got dry and would barely text me. I broke it off after not receiving and I love you for a week. If he treats you with respect and genuinely wants to be near you as a friend or more, they'll make time for it and text for it. It's something I've learned. And while it may be hard to leave, sometimes it's better to let go of that everyday stress and overthinking of whether or not they even cared. I did take a break from that Alhaitham main, around a week or so. I tried to keep myself busy from time to time and tried to not think about all these relationship things. I tried to act cool and do all my hobbies again, trying to find joy in them again. Reading, sketching, painting, practicing guitar, etc... But sometimes I find myself reading all the text between him and me again and again, taking note of how he sulks when I don't say "Good night" to him or when I forget to say "Love you" when I leave. I had to request a dispute to most of the songs, and it stopped blocking the video 🫶🏻
