Thats how you a motorway (or autobahn in this case) works. inside lane for driving, middle lane for overtaking inside lane, outside lane for overtaking middle lane.

@@marziomoretti6167 I don't think it really is a vacuum. 992 Turbo is much louder than these Carreras, I was surprised to hear this actually. Just so you know, under 4k rpms, this new 3.0 turbo boxer 6 (3.8 too) has a deep tone that any recording system can't capture it like the human ear does, surprisingly, not even 991.2's sound can't be captured good on camera.
@@gordonfreeman5689 weird, last year at a track day event, there was a 992 turbo s, which was so silent it was almost incredible. Even flat out on the track, it was one of the worst sounding cars there. Super fast, but just no exhaust tone

This is the last of these videos I will watch. It's because of the lens AutoTopNL chooses to use when filming the cars. Whatever lens it is, it skews the dimensions of the cars.

There is some sort of deflector pushed and raised manually on the front window. But yeah, I heard some complains about high wind noise and buffeting on targa

It s my favourite car in the moment.
the extra wide winkle on gopro is not the best option to show cars.. i myself use only the regular normal winkle, so the things look like they are.
inside the car you might need the wide one, yo show the interior..
if it's on your head it is of course easier to catch picture on wide.
but i would hold it in the hand instead when showing the car from outsight. get much better shoots.
I wonder why havent Porsche engineered a kind of wind deflector for Targa models to mitigate the wind noise and buffeting

Just a request. Can you talks the camera off your head when you show the car and interior so we can see it at proper level, it’s like your showing the car at birds eye level which is too high. Them when you drive show the helmet view

In 20 years I have not bought any other car but 911 Porsches. It is weird but true.
A word on that "ruined " Targa and Glass tops of 993-997 and the old pdk steering wheel shifters. Nothing wrong with them. Here is the thing. The old glass version has its moments as it is transparent. It shines on a rainy day, winter and it is awesome. It is also a very different experience. The gear shifters too carry genious logic. Thus I claim they are better in an obscured way. If automotive media educates new customers to think otherwise, it does matter to a company. Progress is not same as correction.

People say that the 991 Targa is better with the wind noise if you take the windows down. It might be the same for 992 Targa?

We are agree, the 964 is nicest looking of them all, but this one, it's coolest looking of the new ones. But I think you forget the spoiler on the top of the front window frame. It takes away some of the wind blowing in your neck.
Buy the way, it's as fast as Alpina B3S.
