CONGRATULATIONS !!! GREAT FIND ! You might want to get a small plastic spray bottle to take into the fields to clean the dirt off the coin's, you can't always find water in fields in summertime. I really like your videos, keep up the good work 👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I've found a couple of silver coins with the deus II which both sounded a bit iffy in the ground.. I'm lucky I dug them.
That gold coin sounded really good..

im perthshire based and have recently been given permission on a fairly large farm just outside the toon no gold yet but a silver sixpence a silver threepence and george 3rd hibernian half penny....well done on the gold mate

Chapeau 🎩 my friend. Your face… could be worse. Like Quasimodo 😂. You are still able for metal detecting. In my region it isn’t possible until end of August. The grass is to high and the fields are not possible until the end of harvest. The Mais fields end of November. And main point it’s actually to dry to get a spate in the ground. The last couple days we had between 38 and 41 degrees. So you are a lucky guy. Best greetings from France 🇫🇷. 😘🍷🍷🍷

Well found 👍 you found that gold hammered opposite my tent at Detectival 😞 I had that area planned for searching but could not get over the wall and barbed wire. So I went the opposite direction. Goes to show. A lot of luck but also down to a lot of work and doing a lot of searching.

Wow!! Congratulations!! Your third gold coin. It must be such a heart beating moment opening a soil present like this! I haven't found any gold coins myself but to me it's a magic moment just seeing the edge of a silver coin in a cloth like this, so I don't know how it feels seeing a gold coin. This is pure metal detecting porn. I have the Deus II myself and the machine is a revolution I'd say.

Cracking find mate, admittedly being approx 20miles from Perth I can’t help but get a tad envious even with the more “modern” WW1 era coinage, had 3 relatives who in WW1 join the army and like myself served in the black watch from what record’s I can find indicates they spent time around Perthshire fields training, always fancied getting a metal detector and chancing my luck at it but in regards to the civvie side of it I’ve absolutely no idea, unfortunately only detecting I’ve ever done was as a Vallon man ( a lot less fun and a wee bit stressful )…
