Nice vid. If you look in the manual, you’ll notice that General uses a “conductive Soil Subtraction” for moist dirt, just like the beach and relic programs. Helps in moist or saturated conditions. Other programs use a freq. addition. While testing, some will just copy a factory program and save to an open slot and then save their custom program next to the saved factory copy program, work it back and forth until they are satisfied with their custom program. Cuts the travel between programs.

As CZKidd mentioned, in the manual, General program uses “conductive soil subtraction” preferable for wet soil. Heck’s Yeah! gives a good perspective of the manual regarding conductive soil subtraction, frequency addition/subtraction in his deciphering Deus 2 programs using the manual. Thanks for this Informative video. Liked how you used side by side graphic as you detected each signal, as well as described and deciphered the tone of the signal as you heard it. 👍🏻

Would someone tell me why square tones are better than PWM tones please.

I like having the option but get more info from PWM but square tones though work well for me when coin shooting in trashy parks.

I use the park program modified. I don't use the notch feature. Bottle caps 2 silencer 0. Full tones with square audio. I don't like using 5 tone because of the way some of the tones blend and don't give a clear signal.

Agree it's better to stick to a stock program, try tweaking a few settings. For me sensiFT is a great program for discriminating trash along with the XY screen.

Save the general program in slot 16 with out changing it and save your changed program in slot 17.

I just got over Covid myself, still have a cough and fatigue after 6 weeks. This is my JT Park Program, Disc 6.8, Tones 4, Tone Break Factory, Audio Square, Bcaps 0, Notch off, Silencer 0, Sensitivity 93, Freq Shift Auto, Iron Volume 1, Reactivity 2.5, Audio Response 6. Really bangs out the good targets with high Audio Response, its being working really well here in Australia.
