Flexible ruler idea: get you a battery, that disposable razor, and some toilet paper. Fold the ruler as necessary and melt it to the point that it's moldable. Mold you a prison shank.. I've seen shanks molded from plastic lids this way, similar to the Pringles can lid or coffee can, so I'm sure a ruler could work the same way.. Fun fact: you can etch steel with some wire, a qtip, salt water, and a battery. If you're serving enough time you could use it to eventually cut through metal. They're all things you can get from commissary. I bet that calculator has some usable parts.

Go to Norway, Sweden and Finland and you already have kitchen knives in your room. Yes, I mean room. In some places you can have a kitchen corner, a bed with a flat screen TV and a video game console. You go and buy your own food and prepare it in your room. Most rooms are private including a private bathroom and shower. I think it was in Norrtälje, Sweden, where the guards forgot to lock some of the doors and the prisoners went out into the "public" areas and into the common kitchen to make sweets. Then they went to watch movies. "It's probably the best night I've had in here." The guards was punished with 5 days off pay and a warning.
Actually those prices are pretty good, a lot better than I would have expected. On a cruise ship a single disposable razor can be as high as 10 bucks. The calculators were basically what you would pay at Target or Walmart, same for the flexible ruler. Hiow much are the Ramin noodles?

The weird extra change, e.g. ($x.48 or $9.01), is a business strategy used to make jails/prisons more money. Say you had $10 in your account and wanted to buy two imaginary items both which cost $5.01, since both items will cost you 2 cents over $10 you are forced to put more money into your account if you want the items. And since you probably can’t just put 2 cents into your account, you’ll put say $5 or $10 dollars in to purchase your items. After the purchase you’re left with an odd amount of change that can’t be used because you’re a couple cents off again, so your choice is to add more money into your account to use it or the money remains unused and benefits the prison.
Paper thin mats with holes in them that countless inmates have used as their girlfriends for long stretches of time. Pretty much the only thing keeping you warm at that point are the layers of other men’s DNA. That’s enough to make people obey the law...
I'm a new subscriber.....my husband did a short stint for just over 3 years in a VA prison in the 80's for LSD sales (several years before we met). I've heard lots of prison stories and I thought my husband was entertaining when he told them.....you, however, may just have beat him in that regard! LOL! LOVE your channel! Not only are they stingy with the TP it was so cheap it would cut you. They got so many medical requests that they posted a sign stating that rectal bleeding was being caused by the toilet paper and medical copay not needed. I would've bought some probably
Those oils are good for putting in toilet before taking a sh*t helps stop it from smelling you show your cellie that trick and that they won’t have to smell you like they do with others is a great way to make sure you don’t got no problems.
