Awesome explanation ! I found some minor mistakes
at 3:55 The Attack action.
In this case the crossbow's symbols, shield and star (+1 PHYSICAL DMG) can only be spent after the attack hit during the determine damage step.
So in this example the total would be 11 to hit.
And 11 (attack roll) - 8 (defense) + 5 (5x Shield) = 8 Damage.
Most symbols on weapons add to the DMG, tho some weapons might have symbols that add +1 TO ATTACK ROLL.
(Rule book v1.1 page 44 section 5.b And 6.b of the attack action)
"5b. Spend Symbols and use Abilities to add TO THE ATK ROLL: Some
Abilities add to the Attack roll. During this step, the Attacker may
spend Symbols and use Abilities that add TO THE ATK ROLL. "
"6b. Spend Symbols and use Abilities that add Damage: Some
Abilities add to Damage. During this step, the Adventurer or
Combatant may spend Symbols and use Abilities that add to
Damage. See Icons, Conditions, Tags, and Symbols Pg. 30. "
at 6:48 Spawning.
You seem to be using the Older V1.0 rules for spawning (rolling the black die)
In the updated rules: Page 19 of the Rule book v1.1
"If a player Spawns a Combatant via a Totem or otherwise, and if the
Combatant's Initiative card is not in the Initiative Track already, place the
Combatant's Initiative card directly after the Initiative card of the figure
who's currently taking their turn."
This does make the game a bit harder tho.
7:05 Also, it looks that initiative rules also has changed (or are misinterpreted):
"Once the back of the Initiative Track is reached, the current round ends and a new round begins. At the start of every new round, shuffle the initiative Track." (Page 40)
However, there is that second Example image on that page, that looks exactly like the one in this video, but it does not correspond to the description below. Perhaps it somehow related to initiative changing rules?
"If a figure is ever instructed to move forward on the Initiative Track, they are moved toward the front, likewise, if a figure is instructed to move backward on the Initiative Track, they are moved toward the back."

Why are some of you commenting on her voice. She doesn't sound like she's from US or UK but so what?! I love her voice it's unique. She speaks smooth and clearly and has a nice and light accent and she takes the time and effort to teach us board game play in a fun way.
