And it’s green flower agate. I’m wondering if you have any knowledge of this stone and if it’s dyed or natural? It’s one of my favorite stones. Many people think it’s dyed and I have seen obviously dyed flower agate. Which is a darker forest green color. That doesn’t look natural. But the pretty blue green doesn’t appear to look like a dye. The tumbled form is translucent (yellowish brown under light), while the raw form is completely opaque. The explanation is that black obsidian is either opaque or translucent, it depends on the source and the impurities imbedded in it. One thing is sure, black obsidian is never transparent

Amazon, even Temu. A good one can run aboutc$20-$45. Some have different light settings frequencies I’ve 365, 395. Instruction tells what setting to use for what you need. Gemstones diamonds , even check currency. A different tool is used to check for diamonds quality or lookalikes.
Hi, sorry we do not have such a video. So far we have not seen fake pryite yet. Real pyrite is kind of heavy, and the surface will turn rusty when it often exposes to humid air.

Is obsidian powdery? Cos i bought an obsidian carving (a lucky cat, seller claimed is obsidian) but its matte and feels powdery and looks glittery when torched. When i torched the thinner part of carving (the cat s ears) i can it is slightly translucent like fr ur video. Many thanks in advance n for gratitude for all ur videos ❤️
Hi, real black obsidian is a common stone and there are a lot of mines. No need to do any treatments. But it can't be done to guarantee that no merchant will sell processed, or fake obsidian with glass. If it's slightly translucent, mostly likely it's real obsidian.
