This owner is so good and takes care of everything in hotel. He has a keen eye on customer satisfaction too. In 2015 i went to this restaurant to grab a heavy parcel for my office party. I waited for about 10 min to seek attention for order and decided to move on to another restaurant as my gang was so hungry.. the moment i turned back owner kindly enquired my concern and made it done on time..
