    The best and simplest video of this process I've seen so far. Thanks so much for making this guys

    Love it. Came here to see how "easy" it is to make one at home...... Not as easy as I thought! Would've been great if you had put a small island in the middle of the river! 👍

    Thank y'all so much for a video that actually explains what you did and how you did it. Also, the materials you used in the process. So many "how to" videos don't even tell you "how to" do it, even though their video had it in the title.

    Stunning. That table kinda looks like a high altitude shot of a river flowing through a desert.

    Very cool. Excellent clear cut instructions compared to other vids on the subject, and the re-cap of all needed materials/tools at the end is very helpful.
    I'm planning to do a resin pour project next year or later this year, and first watching lots of how-to vids to educate myself how it's done, since it's something I've never done before. Your vid is among the very best, if not the best, I've seen on the subject.
    Added to my DIY playlist, and will watch this again just prior to my epic experimental project! :)

    Hello, I am writing a comment in Korea. I have seen a lot of Rivertable work videos, but I haven't seen the perfect work If it's really beautiful and close, I'd like to meet it. It might be weird to post it on a translator. Please understand. These days, I'm into the Rivertable, and I'm looking for a lot of videos, so I'm setting up my subscription and alarms.Thank you for the good video.

    • @EliChemResinsUKLtd

      Hi - Perhaps a black wood stain would be your best bet? Build your river table and polish then resin, then add the stain, that's what i'd do I think

    I do not know if you will get this comment.. But was wondering about the strength of the table where the wood and resin meet? I does not need any reinforcing? or is is more fragile than normal? I am planning to make something similar soon but am trying to find all I can first before my attempt to increase the odds of success on the first run.

    • @EliChemResinsUKLtd
      @EliChemResinsUKLtd  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi - The strength of the bond between the resin and wood is exceptional, so that's not a concern, however if you are building a large dining table, it can be a good idea to use some metal plating underneath to help support and limit the chance of any bowing.
      The table we made in this video is 600mm x 900mm x 25mm and did not require and addition support.

    • @tinkmarshino
      @tinkmarshino 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@EliChemResinsUKLtd Thanks for the information..every bit helps.. I am going to do a coffee table this spring (I m looking for some nice wood now) Plus the idea of bowing had never entered my mind.. The coffee table will not be a problem.. But if it turn out as expected a dining room table would be next.. Thanks again and Merry Christmas.
