Definitely priced double what its worth. I know realtors are pulling their hair out trying to sell these overly inflated priced homes here in Atlanta. A city, up to 2 years ago, was known for getting more home for your money nationwide. Im personally gonna stay in my 1k per month, "real" complete all brick, 3k square ft, 4bed, 2.5 bath on 0.8 acres, until the economy does something else, cause this aint it. Folks too greedy right now.

do your homework before moving to douglasville, crime is ridiculous, 88% democratic people 😂
