Inbound: Target the same audience through inbound strategies like PPC campaigns. Although you only attract those actively searching online, your closing ratio should be higher. Whereas, outbound efforts can even capture those contemplating without actively searching, only providing a larger pool of leads. Personally, I favor the inbound approach, which better aligns with my disposition against pressure buying techniques. I prefer entering a facility perceived as the problem-solver rather than the guy who is there to push my services. However, both strategies are effective when done right, and in an ideal scenario, leveraging both would be optimal.
