    Hey great video ! 🎉 I only have 2 questions.
    1. Do you put the workflow DR campaign in the sub account of your client or in your own agency sub account?
    2. When sending an internal notification, the “from email” is from my agency to my client ? If my client can already see the email, I don’t understand why me, my agency, would send him another email saying one of his lead replied.

      if you haven't gotten a reply yet, here's what you can do:
      1. import your database on contacts [make sure you check the box that says "create a list" - this will create a smartlist]
      2. Add a tag 'reactivation campaign'
      3. Add to workflow [if you are unable to add it to a workflow directly, you can save the contact list, type tag name in the search, select all contacts with the tag, and send them to the workflow].
      4. you can select the time you want to send them to the workflow.

    What is your experience with GHL deciding which replies are positive and which are negative? Is it always spot on or have you found cases where the system misjudged the content of the reply
