During the A2P registration process it ask if your business is registered "Yes" or "No." Hundreds of videos on setting up A2P for a registered business, but not a single one speaking of a business that is not registered. Why is that? It gives you the option to choose "No" (not a registered business) for a reason.
If your business is not registered yet and you don't have a Tax ID (EIN), you should select "No, the business I'm registering does not have a tax ID." This will allow you to proceed with registering as a Sole Proprietor brand for now, which doesn't require an EIN. Once your business is registered and you obtain a Tax ID, you can update the information to reflect your registered business. Click Continue after selecting that option to proceed. Or do I have to click the Create Campaign button and fill out the same boxes all over again? It seems like its all of the same info I typed in the Brand Verification. Thank you!
