The sword markers are cool. For the monster card, I would recommend leaning into the dungeon crawl theme a bit more with a translucent filter UI background on the game info. That will help to make picking out the info from the background easier. The black symbols on the black and white dungeon stone get a bit lost in the background. The black dice thing is a neat way to tie quick movement with more risk from monsters.
This looks amazing. I love the hand drawn old school art look to the monsters. I did feel the cards were not easy to read, the important information on the edge bleed into the art work a bit. maybe its just that I am watching it on a screen. I do love the way you damage the monsters. I don't think I have seen anything like that.
Thanks so much for your feedback! We’ve shared the files with some TH-camrs, and so far, we haven’t received any complaints about readability etc. However, if any issues arise, we’ll do our best to address them. We’re always open to feedback-just like with our previous game, Villagers of the Oak Dell. A few months after the successful Kickstarter campaign, our community requested some additional symbols on the maps, so we made those updates. :)
Thank you so much for the kind words, Ash! We're thrilled to hear them, and we're really glad you enjoyed the game! I'd like to take a moment to clarify a few points you mentioned in the video: 1. STL Files Every pledge includes STL files for printing the sword hilts, shields, and even the inlay. We also provide cover art and a video tutorial on how to make the box! :) It’s super easy, and we want everyone to have an almost identical copy to yours! :) (It's our goal to keep our games as easy to assemble as possible-the STL files aren’t required, but they’re a nice bonus.) 2. Losing All HP In Easy Mode, you only skip the Dungeon/Moving phase to heal, but the fight with the monster continues! :) 3 x d6 ]:-> Once again, thank you for this amazing video! And I'm not talking about the compliments now, but the quality of the video itself-fantastic job! Michał P.S. The idea about escaping zombie was inspiring!
The line drawing mechanic looks pretty neat. I could easily see a homebrew or expansion with a light gun game type theme. Or playing with the dot combinations or placement around the monster such as extra red dots or the same colors but differently distributed. Not sure how that would skew the play with the drafting though. I definitely got some Eye of the Beholder and Shadowgate nostalgia from the presentation.
@@chrischristiansen6204 We're happy you liked the game so far! As fans of those classic dungeon crawlers, we were aiming to bring the nostalgia! :D Also thanks for inspiring ideas! We'll try some of them! :)
Exactly, but we are also working on organizing a print-on-demand option with a professional company; however, it's still too early to confirm this 100%. We recommend checking out the campaign page when it launches, and everything should be clear by then! :)

Thanks for the tip about the filter! We'll test it! :) And we're happy you liked the game so far!

Ah! I just scrolled up and noticed, that you mentioned STLs in the description! :P

Correct me if I'm wrong. So for 11 dollars you get the printable files, yes?

This looks well cool
Thanks! :D We're happy you like it!
Man, I swear with how many great games out there I’ll need a sponsor to cover them all 😂
We'll run some competitions during the campaign, so you might win one copy (physical!) :)
