I have same situation on my Touareg 3.0 TDI CATA, probably need do garage work.
Can you take the flaps out and reinstall,, do you need to map it once been done to get engine light off??
I took out and installed the flaps again, kit, but no free time to mount the video. The engine light went off by itself, nothing else needs to be done.
