Antoni Gaudí i Cornet (/ˈɡaʊdi/ gow-DEE, Catalan: [ənˈtɔni ɣəwˈði]; 25 June 1852 - 10 June 1926) was a Spanish architect and designer from Catalonia, known as the greatest exponent of Catalan Modernism.[3] Gaudí's works have a highly individualized, sui generis style. Most are located in Barcelona, including his main work, the church of the Sagrada Família.
Gaudí's work was influenced by his passions in life: architecture, nature, and religion.[4] He considered every detail of his creations and integrated into his architecture such crafts as ceramics, stained glass, wrought ironwork forging and carpentry. He also introduced new techniques in the treatment of materials, such as trencadís which used waste ceramic pieces.
Under the influence of neo-Gothic art and Oriental techniques, Gaudí became part of the Modernista movement which was reaching its peak in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. His work transcended mainstream Modernisme, culminating in an organic style inspired by natural forms. Gaudí rarely drew detailed plans of his works, instead preferring to create them as three-dimensional scale models and moulding the details as he conceived them.
Gaudí's work enjoys global popularity and continuing admiration and study by architects. His masterpiece, the still-incomplete Sagrada Família, is the most-visited monument in Spain.[5] Between 1984 and 2005, seven of his works were declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO. Gaudí's Catholic faith intensified during his life and religious images appear in many of his works. This earned him the nickname "God's Architect"[6] and led to calls for his beatification.[6][7] - บันเทิง

Que bonito sería conocer España ❤
It is amazing. And Spain is amazing.
Barcelona no es España
Si, la verdad Barcelona, Granada, Asturias, Córdoba, Mérida, Santiago de Compostela, Valencia, Sevilla, Girona...
The spires look like they came out of It's a Small World at Walt Disney World.
Like in a Disney song :) Wonderland.
please continue making these videos I love them!
Thanks Eric. I was thinking to wake up again early morning this week and do some more. Any ideas of what angle you would like to see?
@TravelManya I love the high angles to see what's going on behind the construction fence its great to see how the foundations are coming along
The masterpiece has different colored bricks of the old and new though, but the cathederal construction has almost completed. It's beautiful.
I like the building (though I am nor a religious person) I like the images, but as a Spaniard, I know that the background music will not suit Catalonians...
That's the music he puts in every video, it's not related with the image content
Thank you and I may agree with you. It’s so hard to find the right must with the right tempo. What song/music you think would have matched better (a dinamic song that also need to match the movement of the video)? I plan on doing more video shooting.
Hola. I hope you still like the video?
@@TravelManya I am not sure, but it should sound not Andalusian I guess
@@TravelManya of course I still do like it, and thank you for it
