just got Ralph's Club edt in yesterday. i still have the parfum and elixir... but the edt is my personal favorite. perfect for Summer. the elixir was too heavy for heat for me, and i prefer the edp for cooler weather and evenings. the edt is definitely the most versatile for sure, can easily wear it all year round. it's basically just a lite, less sweet, super fresh version of the parfum. surprisingly, it doesn't feel redundant to own the edt if you have others in the line. not a groundbreaking scent but it smells amazing and i see myself reaching for this one the most. i got around 4 hours longevity, with pretty solid projection for the first 2.
9:45 I had the classic Emporio He in early 2010s and two months ago I got that simplified, new version. The classic would last days on clothes (GF said that after hugging me, she'd smell those on her scarf for more than a month) and had amazing projection while smelling amazingly - probably the most complimented in my case, more than Stronger With You (though it's a tough competitor). I don't know what happened but I think I wasted 55€ having bought that new one - it's a complete dud. You spray it 5 or more times, smell some yuzu for 2-5min and there's nothing after that. No depth, no lasting freshness, no sweetness, literally nothing. I can't return it, so I can hope they get somehow better as the time goes but I can hardly imagine that. No more nostalgia buying, gotta go somewhere and smell them personally before ordering but I would love to hear that 2024 version really smells like the classic.
I had that Emporio Armani 1998 it was ok, to be fair that was before I knew about niche fragrances, I was only 18 so my experience was limited at the time.
The Creed Triple aged is only a cash grab. In fact, when I purchased the latest Creed releases, I asked what is the new Aventus TA about? the retailer questioned there suppliers how can we sell this new Aventus when there are no real differences. The supplier responded, well, that’s why you work in this boutique. You need to find away.
I’ve tried Centaurus, based on what we know about Delphinus so far it seems like Creed is shifting over to being more like Parfums de Marly, and I am NOT here for it.

Wearing Ralph's Club EDT today. It's light, airy, amberwoods. Basically everything you smell at Sephora but lighter. I've worn it for two days in a row and performance seems 4-6 hours max. Nothing new and an odd release choice.
I hope that if creed goes the designer mass appeal route that they at least continue to keep their identity/ DNA within the scents. If they can keep it from smelling teenager-ish I’m in.
