Cologne and Absolu are close but cologne has a larger scent bubble and better sillage. Aventus EDP is just ok nowadays but was mind blowing when it first launched in 2010. I get more compliments with cologne

Look whenever a fragrance has a history and track record like the original Creed Aventus it will always be that king . The others that came behind the original are nice but never had the effect on the fragrance world of the original. Great Review

The batch you have 17N01 was actually one of the only batches to come in both 120ml and 100ml bottles. It was around that time they changed the bottles.

Anytime a perfumer sells their company the quality nosedives bc the buyer needs to make their money back. The thing that matters most is the fragrance but Creed trying to keep their reputation as a luxury brand so money that should be used to keep or improve product quality has to be diverted into fancy packaging and metal caps.
Love all them but I will take green irish tweed. Thank you bow tie for that. Samples ain't as good as the bottle. New creed has that oil in it now. Creed is back. Creed aventus absolu last 12 hours easy. Let all your fragrance sit the longer the better
I'm probably the only one but I'm burned out on the Aventus dna and don't want to smell like every other man walking around. Every house has copied it and I'm just tired of it. Great scent but ruined by it's popularity and clones.
Depends on the person. I’m dating a 38 yr old who said I’m the best man she’s ever smelled. 😅plus many men won’t shell out hundreds of dollars for cologne. I don’t own absolu but I get compliments on Aventus and Aventus cologne all the time down here in Houston texas
@@bigde131 I’m in Houston too lol. There are so many clones and almost ever niche houses has replicated the same dna. Club de nuit gives the aventus dna for $30 just not as high quality. My concierge in my building today was wearing it and the first thing I thought was Abentus, but he was actually wearing Club de nuit. He is probably 60 years old and I just don’t want to smell the same as him or other men.

I met a girl in 5015 who said I smell like sparkling starlight..I NEVER get compliments like that with club de nuit. It’s a good clone. I’d say 90% similar.

Aventus is the best 100%. Anytime anywhere. You can't wear Aventus Cologne in the winter, and you can't wear Absolu in the high heat.
