If Thompson injured can score 29 goals he should be a STEAL this year. Same with Hintz for me, annual 35 goal guy playing through wrist injury last year should mean 40 goals assuming it's Johnston replacing Pavelski, which is an improvement imo.

Look at the points and games played for Nico Hischier. There was no significant drop off in production. 81 GP 31 G 49 Assist 80 points vs 71 GP 27 G 40 Assist 67 points. Point/game 3 point differential. The numbers don't lie homie...

@pattylonglegs3353 thought so. I replayed it 3 times because I thought maybe I took it out of context. And he meant if you get one of the 1-6 guys and the top 4 D are gone by your 2nd pick, don't grab another C if you got a C in the first round. But then later on he referenced the statement where he said Defence instead of C 😆

Cozens unfortunately not looking like he'll be on PP1 to start the season. Still maybe worth a gamble on him but a lack of Tage exposure tanks his value for me, definitely a guy to watch for on the waiver wire if Buffalo changes up their PP though!
