It's Fantasy Hockey Season!!! 4.41 K Subscribers. This should be FAR higher than that. You are truly a data master. I discovered your channel before last season and I cannot describe how much of a revelation it was for me and helping me to 4 Fantasy Hockey Championships out of my 5 teams last season. This channel is indispensable. If you play fantasy Hockey and DONT watch Data Draft, you aren't doing your best to win. I can't put into words any better than that. If I could I would say everything good that you can say about something about this channel. You're a master. You know your hockey. Your knowledge is beyond great. You are excellent and I am grateful for this channel. Can't wait for another season with Data Draft!
I need you to do this for Fantasy Football. I always intuitively draft like this, but it's not perfectly honed in because I am not looking at succinctly compiled charts and data tables. More if an educated guess at it.
Kenny - you are one of the best in the game and this video has some great insights regarding where to find vale in the drat, but I am a a loss to understand how you have addressed positional scarcity here.
@@ktowniecity7269is you want a real steal . Everyone in Montreal City right now know how a stud Lane Hutson is . He will get a lot of ice time in PP this year for sure . The kid is special . If you want a late steal look for him

Proj points based on 3 Year avg data and your settings: Miller: 810 Forsberg: 647 (67gp avg explains why its so much lower) Dahlin: 592 Plus you get dual eligibility with miller
@@datadraft371 ya Bouchards a lock when only costing an 8th. I can only keep them for 2 more seasons so age isn’t a big deal but starting the draft with 2 elite dmen makes Dahlin over Miller so tempting 😅
4 of the last 5 seasons Markstrom has been at 22-23 wins, I'd peg him for around 25-30 since has more offensive support and will probably play 50-60 games. Woll hasn't played more than 25 games in a season, I doubt he gets the same start volume. Based on that I'd say Markstrom
If he could stay healthy I'd prefer forsberg but I do worry about his injury trouble. It's never anything too serious but he almost always missed 10-15 games, last year was an outlier but let's hope he's healthy. He's got slightly more hits and way more shot volume
If he is the PP1 QB he'll be the steal of the draft, if not, he'll be a really complete defenseman that you probably shouldn't use in a plus minus league
It looks like your tracker has hits at 0 pts and +/- at 1 point. Is this intentional? I feel like most leagues dont run +/- as a stat and will go with hits instead (if at all)
Great video as always! I'm in a 12-team keeper points league. Which 2 players should I keep? In brackets is the draft round it would cost me to keep them. I'm thinking Caufield and Kempe Kempe (5th) Verhague (6th) Theodore (7th) Montour (7th) Jarry (8th) Scheifele (9th) Caufield (10th) Nichushkin (12th) Kochetkov (13th) Bennett (16th)
Caufield and the maybe like Koch. Don’t think Kempe is that good value at 5th round if you don’t count hits. It’s okay but not amazing. Don’t see anyone else after caufield who is stand out
If you can wait until mid-november to have him, Nichushkin is your best value here. Can't go wrong with Kempe or Caufield but Kempe will be more well rounded. Verhaege could be an option if hits are not involved but if they are I'd go Kempe for the dual position eligibility
Surprised you didn’t talk about the value pick in Erik Karlsson. You skipped right over him. He definitely still has the potential and having an ADP of 99 is absurd

Thank you so much Ryan 🙏 It means a lot
I’m selfishly glad it’s not higher….I don’t want my league mates watching lol I want the secret kept 😎
Rob Tom is a stud. Won me my second chip last year with that heater against Anaheim in their last game
I felt that tage Thompson comment in my soul, didn't have my second rounder majority of the year
Sams dude ruined me last year
I won my league last year because of you🙏

This only goes so far. Neglecting Bouchard from the Oilers would be a mistake.
Bouchard at 11th is insane especially in the back of Brent Burns lol
@@ktowniecity7269yeah he was PPG last year and look at how the oilers improved their offence this year…
Nicee vidéo !
Do you have a completeness chart for cats league settings?
Indeed, it's on the player hub, but I will be tweaking that and hopefully adding adps to it this weekend
Can we get a draft strategy video or is it the same as the last couple years?
We will but I want to do it closer to draft time to get more accurate ADPs and get some mock drafts in
Just a watch out on Dobson. I believe his offensive numbers dipped once Roy took over.
I know his ice time did, still blocks a ton of shots and is the pp qb though
good info. Matheson is loved by MSL as well. The hype on Lane Hutson means Matheson is being overlooked. Easily top10 D with an improved PP

Are you still as high on Stutzle as you were last season?
Keeper league (all categories) ... would you keep Stutzle over Robertson? Leaning Stu.
I personally would, he's more complete and he's younger
Am I missing something, or does Aho not have dual eligibility on Yahoo like you stated?
He apparently does not. I manually went in and validated the positions but that one must have slipped through the cracks
