Oh my heart aches for you. Sorry is just not it. I wish I could give you a hug. Stay strong. You’ll get through this. Don’t be so hard on yourself ..please. 🥺 Love you girl. 🤍😘
Regarding the purse - when I go out dancing I never bring in my purse. I hide it in the backseat so it isn’t visible to people walking past my car. I only take money and ID in with me. This is something my friends and I have always done, she probably did the same.
Man what really stands out to me about this case is the family friend that had a gut feeling she needed to tell her not to go out alone but didn’t say anything - that is truly haunting
Her wanting to go 45 minutes without gas, then willing to go alone I have to wonder if she was suppose to meet someone she was talking to online? If you thought you were stood up you wouldn’t stay long?
That was my thought. I’m pretty sure ladies night isn’t that special that it won’t happen again. So why was she dead set on going that night even if it meant going alone?
I thought the same thing. Especially since she lied to her mom regarding where she went and who she was going with, whose to say she didn’t also lie about meeting someone? This was 2006, so stranger danger on the internet was at is best, so her not telling anyone who she met could be because she knew they would disapprove.
Exactly, as a conesour of clubbing in the 2000's, the ONLY time I went to a club alone was to meet people there. Of she wanted free drinks the local place she stopped before had free drinks so that makes it less about the drinking. I think she was meeting someone and her disappearance centers around the gas or lack of, in my arm chair nobody opinion.
True. It doesn’t make sense. I know as head strong as I was when younger to do what I want no matter what - I would not go if I was not going to have enough gas for 1 and not alone. Ever.

I put my bag in the back often. For her, she left her bag in the car, so it is possible she put it in the back at the time and left it there. To me the red flag is the seat being pushed back.
The fact that her social security number ended up being used and her phone was found being used tells me she may have been trafficked. The chances that her# as a missing person was used is not a coincidence.
Usually with traffiking cases though there are eventually other sightings and several of them due to them being moved constantly. Someone, somewhere would have seen something in almost 17 years now if she was trafficked.
EVERYTIME you show that footage of her leaving, I think it’s clear they were together. The minute she walks out she turns her head and she clearly walks left after going around the person standing at the curb. You can see her walking left. And the hat guy is looking at her.
The man walking out behind her looks to his left and points at her. Watch very closely to his left forearm. He was signaling to another person in the parking lot to the left of the entrance of the bar. She was targeted!! She didn't leave that bar on her own free will!
The guy could have easily held the door open for her which is why he came out right after her from the nightclub. Then as she was walking straight, he could have said "I'm parked this way" which would have caused her to switch directions and for them to come together again in the parking lot right outside of the security frame. All hypothetical of course, but I easily could see that being the situation.
That's exactly what I think happened. And why would that one dude claim he offered to buy her a drink when she was there for ladies night. The drinks was free for her while she was there. That doesn't makes sense
@@rachaelleann9847 I think Ladies Night meant ladies got in free, not that they got free drinks all night. I used to go out country dancing a lot, and that was always my experience. It just meant that we ladies didn't have to pay a cover fee.

I live in Tyler, and I would never go to Longview by myself at night. That town is bad enough during the day smh 🤦🏽♀️ Since she's never been found, I kinda believe the sex trafficking theory. It's very sad...
The police response from Longview isn't surprising - this is my hometown and where I live near currently. They don't take very much seriously and are known for waiting until the person is "dead and gone" before they jump into action. Thank you so much for covering this case. This is just so heartbreaking and awful.
I would love to see a video from you guys explaining human trafficking more and about the sexual rings. I was followed by a man to two stores the other day and I can’t believe how for some women it ends up as a real life nightmare.
I just earned a master’s degree in Homeland security with a focus on trafficking. It is everywhere. Most people have encountered victims and not realized it
Yes. I’m from central Tx. It is a real problem here. I know it is prominent everywhere. @Kerry J that is interesting. I have often wondered how many victims I have walked past or come face to face with. We do need more light shed on this topic. A friends teenage daughter we believe was being followed in a Walmart close to our small hometown by several people. We truly believe that is exactly what they were attempting to do. It was chilling. They seem to be getting bolder with their attempts.
They are definitely getting bold, my head is always on a swivel, my 14yr old thinks I'm crazy. KC is a huge metro & tbh with the highway access straight from tx, I'm not surprised there was a tip mentioning kcmo.
It’s so crazy to see y’all talking about this because I’ve lived in Longview for years and went to grahams a few times once they shut down and turned into ice house. Love the video!
I sent this case to my mom because i’m from tyler and i work in a restaurant downtown that was pictured in this video and i thought that was cool. Turns out my cousin was Brandi’s godmother and has never stopped looking for her. Crazy small world.
Graham's didn't scan IDs at this time, they just checked birthdates and photos. No record of someone being there unless they were a regular customer, spending 2-3 nights there each week and the employees knew them. *Speaks from experience 😖*
Something I noticed in that clip is that she is walking straight & looks to her left at the point the guy in the cowboy hat looks her direction as her shadow is approaching his direction you can slightly see his head looking the direction she’s coming from. The vibe I got is that they were leaving together 🤷🏼♀️
The ethical way in which you guys cover these cases is always touching. So many true crime content has no regard for the possibility that victims families may be watching.
I may have missed it but WHY would she go there at such a long distance when she KNEW her vehicle was running out of gas and more than likely would run out of gas on her way home?! Was she supposed to meet up with someone and they stood her up(and she knew that person would help her with gas,but they didn't show up) and then someone else took advantage of this situation and hurt her??
exactly, if you're so low on money you can't afford to put gas in i wouldn't go out to drink at all especially so far out of my way for no particular reason..
@@kallistasarah2359 exactly! Thank you! It makes zero sense...and if she wasn't planning on meeting up with someone there....then her relying on someone at the bar to help her with gas money was an extremely risky move which unfortunately I think cost her...her life. 😔
Just a little information about Graham Central Station at that time... Ladies night meant women got in for free and there was usually plenty of men buying drinks for the women. Longneck beers were 10¢ each until a certain time (usually 10pm or 12am) then the price increased to $1.25 until last call, just before 2am. Well drinks were less than $4 each and there were plenty of times you'd get a refill without being charged. As a woman from Texas who met my husband at Graham's while I was in college at this same period of time this occured, you could definitely go to ladies night and spend less than $10 and be completely blitzed on beer. Fuel prices at this time were also absolutely insane. I could fill my tank with $30 and that would likely last 2-3 weeks and I drove everywhere all the time. Even if she had $20 she could have put half in fuel and half for the bar and still been just fine driving home. I did it too many times in my younger years.
@@HeauxforHorror I do actually know how Graham Central Station works because I've been to the one in Austin (about 4 times) and the one in San Antonio (once) and they both operate the same...now I didn't venture out to those until after I was 21 (yrs around 2010 and 2012) but I never went to ladies night because I live in New braunfels so venturing to them were not often.
I can only imagine the devastation of not knowing what happened to your precious daughter. My 8yo went missing from school for 20 minutes, police called, and I was hysterical with fear. She was found safe thank god.
As a born and raised Longview native, this case hit really hard. Unfortunately, now more than ever, sex/human trafficking has become such a major issue. Thank you for covering this case 🖤
As someone who worked at the graham central station in San Antonio (found out we all lost our jobs via fb, btw, right before thanksgiving), I can honestly say, A LOT of sketchy people came in there. Also, as an employee, we were not even allowed to walk out to our car unless we had a buddy. That’s how bad it could get. Someone literally got stabbed in the parking lot in 2011. Another employees car was set on fire a year before that. Not a safe place to go alone, regardless of where you are in Texas. I really hope she is found someday. Preferably safe. I wish she had had ANYONE to tell her not to go to that club alone. Heart breaking💔
Only 5 minutes in and I have to take a break. I find myself currently in the EXACT age and situation Brandi was in. I even just started at college again to hopefully make more friends. Knowing something bad is gonna happen to her while already feeling so connected really puts into perspective - this could be me. So scary. I hope there are more answers coming soon.
So happy for you for all the positive things about to come into your life. 🙏🏼 I don’t have a lot of friends, but the ones I do are from study groups in class or parents from my kids school. It’s hard out here for quality friends!!
I’m from Tyler, Tx. I was 10 when this happened and I remember it. Longview is one of the most dangerous towns in ETX it was literally on a list for Most Dangerous Towns in Texas. I only go when I have to. Especially remembering this story.
It used to only be the South Side of Longview that was really bad but when we left there to move to Tyler in 2011, the West side was getting rough as well.

Yeah I'm thinking sex trafficking too. Whoever did this must've sold her social security number. If ur a random murderer ur not gonna sell her SSN for fear it could be traced back to u. But a sex trafficking ring is all about money. No doubt they would sell all the girls' identities and belongings.
Ive lived in Longview my whole life! Went to Grahams as a teen. Its now Ice House & I was just there this weekend. Brings these true crime stories I watch literally 5 minutes close to home.
Just an FYI... Back when she disappeared, clubs didn't scan IDs.. or most didn't, I never came across one that did. And I went to a lot of clubs being single and in my mid 20's. I believe she was human trafficked as well. It's still prevalent in Texas... I live in the San Antonio area.. love the vids as always!!
Yes I can also speak from experience as I too live in SAN ANTONIO TEXAS as well as went to GRAMS OFTEN.. and they FOR SURE DID NOT SCAN IDs at THAT TIME.. scanning IDs here in Texas , we’ll in San Antonio at least, is fairly new.. even tho we DO have a “barcode” that’s scannable on the back of our IDs..

The fact that I live in Longview right now & go to that club all the time Is crazy because I never really knew the history of this case about it . Truly hope they get the justice she deserves!!
These were my stomping grounds at the time she went missing and ive never heard about this! So sad!! Grahams was the place from 2003 to 2008ish.. but yeah, Electric Cowboy would be just as fun.. crazy to watch yall talk about all these places I know so well!! (including the bowling alley, colleges, etc)
We share the same Birthday November 28th...I currently live in Texas and hadn't heard about Brandi, thank you for sharing her story. She actually turns her head toward him as well.
That man that followed behind her when she left....My gut is screaming - juuust before/as she starts to go left, he looks in her direction and his left arm raises up a little, as if he's literally telling her his vehicle "is this way". She only goes left after because she was going around that woman. This fits perfectly with the trafficking theory. She very well could have been sober, met another supposed sober person at the bar, told him her troubles with the gas and he told her he could help. Somehow managed to follow her and get her to pull over/her car ran out on the road?

I have been there so many times, all of these places. Everything out there is at least 30min apart out here. Just moved here last year as it's where my husband grew up. Such a small world.
Unfortunately I think she was “helped” by a predator and shortly thereafter murdered. Most traffickers don’t go for people who are missed almost immediately, they go for SW’s and undocumented. We’re the same age and this totally could have been me ❤
The footage is 100% proof she walked out with this guy! They just met so they’re not gna be hand in hand… but it’s obvious they both continue talking to eachother as they leave….she went with this guy!!! He’s the one to look at!
Longview is a dangerous place to go out because it’s also close to Louisiana & Houston. Lots of crime and trafficking happens there. I’ve never felt safe at night in Longview
I live outside of Longview and used to go to Graham's around the same time as I'm close to the same age as Brandy. This case was very eye-opening that this could happen anywhere and to anyone. Continued prayers for this family. Thanks Mile High for sharing this story.
My friend Kayl Mae Croft /Payne disappeared in late April of 2010. I reported her missing on may 5th 2010. 12 years later and they still have no real answers. No body and no suspects.
Most people have encountered victims and not realized it
@@Kerryjotx I'd love to learn more ...
Look at the “Training” tab
Glad you enjoyed the ep!
I kinda agree
Yay! This is just what I needed! I was searching for old ones to watch and boom! A new one! Love you guys!!!!!
Thanks for tuning in!
Take a close look at ALL the security footage. The guy in the cowboy hat is NEXT TO HER IN EVERY FRAME
Exactly! This part doesn't make sense to me at all.
Love your videos guys! Both of y’all are amazing on the way to respect the victim’s families on this case
Never heard of this case prior to watching this video. Thank you for raising more awareness. I hope the family gets answers one day.
Well I pray for the best for you. And your safety and happiness .
So happy for you for all the positive things about to come into your life. 🙏🏼 I don’t have a lot of friends, but the ones I do are from study groups in class or parents from my kids school. It’s hard out here for quality friends!!
Never let your friends/family ever go to a bar alone!! Or walk to your car alone ..
super sad.. 😪
Thanks for bringing older cases to light.
I’m from Tyler, Tx. I was 10 when this happened and I remember it. Longview is one of the most dangerous towns in ETX it was literally on a list for Most Dangerous Towns in Texas. I only go when I have to. Especially remembering this story.
That's what my boyfriend who's from Texas said too.
It used to only be the South Side of Longview that was really bad but when we left there to move to Tyler in 2011, the West side was getting rough as well.
Yessss I'm so glad you guys are covering Brandi Wells' case. It's always baffled me soo much. She had to have been taken from her car on that road
As someone that lives in Kansas City, trafficking is very unfortunately common. I'll keep my eye out in case for some reason I come across her. I'm glad you guys do these podcasts, bringing awareness is a great thing!
Same! The highway connection to TX is direct. There are so many shady af folks in kc. I hate going to the grocery store.
I'm from this area. From the same school and I'm mind blown that I have never heard of this case.
It’s 75° in Minnesota today, I’m cleaning the house listening to 2000’s R&B but immediately turned it off when I seen y’all posted. LETS GOOOOOO!!
Lol Same! I just walked and was shocked that I was dying of heat and thought how is it Nov in MN!?!
@@AndreaLKL72 the “live in the moment” part of me is happy for the warm weather but the “overly mindful of global warming” part of me is not happy lol.
I cannot fathom that 75 is hot to Northern America lol I’ll trade anyday y’all 😭
@@embadly the biggest thing is that it’s November. Usually by Halloween it’s either snowing here and there or 50° and lower. We’re experiencing an abnormally warm fall this year
@@embadly it is sooo hot! I was having heat stroke 😅
Omg, just have soooo little to 500k!!!
I'm so happy and excited for you. You put your hearts into every single case.
I'm so honoured to be your subscriber.
I always look forward to your podcasts every week 😭
This is my sister! Same dad, grew up in separate homes. We got to spend summer of 2006 together but then she went home to Tyler area to visit and went missing.
She briefly lived with a roommate in San Antonio. That was the summer I got to spend with my sister.
Thank you for your coverage. You guys do such a great job with the information you have. We appreciate you guys so much!!
Today is so busy I needed this content😭🖤
Edit: also this case is right at home but I’ve never heard about it until now!
I just spent the whole weekend binge watching videos from mile higher, kendall’s channel and lights out, I LOVE the videos you guys make💛💛💛
You guys literally make my day when you post I love mile higher so much!!!!❤❤❤❤
Yeah I'm thinking sex trafficking too. Whoever did this must've sold her social security number. If ur a random murderer ur not gonna sell her SSN for fear it could be traced back to u. But a sex trafficking ring is all about money. No doubt they would sell all the girls' identities and belongings.
I was thinking of going out alone after seeing a TikTok but this video has changed my mind. I hope her family get closure one day ❤️
Ive lived in Longview my whole life! Went to Grahams as a teen. Its now Ice House & I was just there this weekend. Brings these true crime stories I watch literally 5 minutes close to home.
omg. i spent all morning moving into my new apartment and now i can finally relax and watch some quality content 🥲
Congrats on the new place
Another 24 hour shift, another Mile Higher video! Love you guys and all that you do! 💜
But the one she went to did. It's unfortunate they never got the list of names from the ID's scanned.
@@aHavenForTheLost thanks! It's sad they didn't...
The one in Longview didn't scan ids back then. The bouncer at the door would check your age.
That’s crazy that her friend Jeanette had another friend that went missing under pretty much the same circumstances.
Does anyone else find Kendall s voice incredibly smooth and relaxing to listen to with your eyes shut?! Or is it just me?
lol! I turn on the extra long episodes of MH to take a nap 🤣 it’s very soothing
I’m from the Northeast Texas area and I have never heard of this story. Sent chills up my spine because I’ve been to Grahams and Electric Cowboy many many times. Thank you so much for covering this case!
This is where I'm from! We even went to the same school (UT Tyler), albeit at different years. I'd never heard of her before, so thanks for covering this today.
The fact that I live in Longview right now & go to that club all the time Is crazy because I never really knew the history of this case about it . Truly hope they get the justice she deserves!!
I live in Longview & I love to see this covered. Especially by you guys❤️
I love you all so much!! My favorite TH-camrs!
I’m loving the new zoom feature on TH-cam! Especially with true crime
Why does every bit of content with Kendall Rae instantly calm me?! 😅 maybe its my ADHD but the stimulating content keeps my brain distracted, the survival and crime knowledge feels useful for life and her voice is also just calming! She's so clear and well spoken! Its official. My favourite TH-camr. You AND Josh. Your podcasts and shows give me liiiife.
Same here
Thank you so much! This means a lot to us 💚
Just got off work and was looking for something to watch! Thanks again guys for always putting out amazing content we all love you❤
Tyler texas resident here! My jaw dropped to hear Tyler mentioned in this !
I already watched you on Spotify but I'm gladly here to support any way I can 😊❤️
We really appreciate that!!
Driving at night with no gas would have my anxiety through the roof.
That is crazy. August 3rd is my birthday. August 3rd 2006 I was celebrating my 6th birthday while somewhere else someone was in trouble. Man it really makes you think....🥺💔🕊
Soooo glad you are covering this case!!
this case is so crazy to me. i’m from tyler and have lived around here my entire life. my school played football against chapel hill for years and i lived right next to utt. there’s no doubt we’ve probably ran into each other at some point. i’ve been to all the places talked about in this video and it’s absolutely heartbreaking.
BTW I'm loving all this content from you both. Y'all are on fire and I know it can't be easy w a newborn. So props for y'all for killing it. Y'all are wonderful ❤️❤️ love u all.
Couldn't they have shown the video of the man with the cowboy hat on to the girl who said there was a man following them around to see if it was the same man?
God bless her and her family ❤ May Brandi be brought back to them ❤ Josh and Kendall, keep doing what you’re doing… you are bringing hope to families that have loved ones missing or have lost and deserve justice ! You are changing lives ! ❤😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤❤
I have been there so many times, all of these places. Everything out there is at least 30min apart out here. Just moved here last year as it's where my husband grew up. Such a small world.
Awesome Show So Sad 😞 About This Beautiful Young Lady Pray For Closer For Her Family And Friends
Truly adore you both. I could really listen to you all day.... Keep the videos coming but also please enjoy Holly's infancy!!!!! ♥️♥️❤️
Welcome back Kendall!! So glad to watch you guys together again!❤
Unfortunately I think she was “helped” by a predator and shortly thereafter murdered. Most traffickers don’t go for people who are missed almost immediately, they go for SW’s and undocumented. We’re the same age and this totally could have been me ❤
I agree
The footage is 100% proof she walked out with this guy! They just met so they’re not gna be hand in hand… but it’s obvious they both continue talking to eachother as they leave….she went with this guy!!! He’s the one to look at!
Yayyyyy a new video from my two favs. Thanks guys 💜
i love you guys, im so happy were back to normal uploads, although i'd be here if you uploaded once every three years.
She was 18 years old. And had a 1 & 1/2 year old daughter who has since been adopted. The cops “think” they know what happened but still no body has ever been found. It’s tough knowing someone you love is out there alone dead needing to be brought home.
I look forward to Mile Higher and The Sesh every week💙
I’ve been listening to Kendall Ray,Mile Higher & Lights Out for about two years & today was weird bc I actually knew someone you mentioned.
I went to school with Dana Dodd.
Hi guys.. I was wondering if you guys would be able to do a video on some of the victims that were found by those TH-camrs that exhume cars from lakes, beaches etc? That would be really interesting.
"packed with guys In cowboy hats" is a literal horror movie.
The people out here in East Texas are very trusting and lovely people. So sad .
Love your podcast
You guys are so great ! Kind of off topic: I heard there was a break in the Delphi murders, will you guys be doing an update ????!!!
This story breaks my heart everytime I hear it.
It is such a tough one 💔
