I was also a passenger on Air India, and they haven't arranged proper accommodation for us since last night. Additionally, there's no clear answer about when the next flight to Kochi will be. This is really frustrating and unacceptable..

See, this is not about the amount spent on ticket, incidents like these may happen and we understand that. What matters is the arrangements or how the authorities deal with such an incident with professionalism
It is about the safety of passengers. The airlines knew something wasnt right while take off and they said everything was under control
Even after the incident at midnight passengers were neither given any accomodation till the next day nor any information about when os the next flight morning/afternoon.
It was tiring and difficult to sit in chairs till next day afternoon.
Above all there is professionalism and minimum manners we expect from an airlines like Air India.
@@ya3kan387 you can take another flight or a bus may be ! It's an accident, what else can an airline do. See you are safe on land and their responsibility is over. If you raise your voice they can easily put you on fly ban and it's very very difficult to get from that as it's unofficial even courts can't remove your name as the list is unofficial.
Just remember by purchasing one flight ticket doesn't mean you own the airline oky.
It's an accident and lucky that no one is injured. You are not some kind of vip to get special privileges.
At least they have allowed you to sit inside the airport. In my opinion you all should have been removed from the airport as immediately, also the security problem.

Engine is under fire and we can hear the airindia express staff shout, please be seated like this is an everyday routine. the airplane is on the tarmac and the safety chute should be deployed opening the emergency door asap. Staff seems trained only in sending sick leave and in strike not in handling emergencies. fire can explode in just seconds. not sure what pilots and cabin crew were thinking.
