Your video made me smile and laugh as my tri was just like yours. I had my tri for 9 years, and I miss her every day as she was my everything. She also didn’t have the full white rough like your amazing,beautiful dog. And like you, mine would have full on conversations with me and would always get her way. If I fell asleep with a biscuit on my bedside table, instead of her pinching it, she would wake me up, and ask for the biscuit, then would eat it then give me a kiss then jump on the bed and go back to sleep with me. I had a rare bone cancer in my right arm which left me disabled but she didn’t care. She would bring her ball to my left hand so I could throw it for her, She was an amazing dog and was my saviour and she gave me a reason to live as I had her to love and look after. I would recommend this breed to anyone who is looking for more than just a pet, but also for an amazing, kind, loyal and well behaved best friend who are easy to train and everyone always looks at Rough Collies as they are beautiful inside and out.
@@gagtager I had 2 BCs that would doggy "talk" to each other over sitting in my lounge chair (or as I called it, the Comfy Chair). Gypsy Rose Lee, my r/w girl was my alpha and usually won and jump up there for awhile. Her younger cousin by 1 month, bl/w Little Bo Peep would get up there if Gypsy jumped down to follow me in the kitchen. After a nice walkie, they'd lie down close to each other-letting me have my Chair to myself. They've been gone since '18 and I miss them both.
@@richwhilecooper Appreciate it. My girl was my best friend from age 9 so it was very hard to see her go. Fortunately it was very peaceful, more of old age than any major issues.
In my country we say "klin se klinom izbija", literally means "you kick a stone with a stone", in English-speaking states the meaning would be "fight fire with fire". Get a new one :) Cherish the memories of the old one 14 years ain't small time for a dog

As the owner of a very similar tri collie (mine is currently up the hill barking at the entire valley at 10PM), you need to move the sofa under the window and the chair to the other side of the room. Then the barking can commence with you in comfort.
Yeah, I also used to have a chair, but I had to stop sitting on it after my collie chose it to be her throne. She got pissed off when anyone tried to do it.
Please let him do what he likes, we can watch tv, phone or a movie, but he only have that window to entertain himself. Be grateful you have the best gift of your life
Popped up in my recommendations and now I can surely admit that this is my absolute favorite of all the rough collie content out there as one commentator below said. I also have tricolor collie, his name’s Hans and he turned 2 years this April! And what is crazy, I do have an armchair by the window as well and Hans always attempts to conquer the seat. Some days he succeeds, other days he just hops upon my knees like a cat and we enjoy the street view together 💔 By the way, fell in love with those cute white hair sticking out of the ears, they look like antennas to connect to the space station
I have been watching the Rough Collie judging on this years Westminster Dog Show. Only 6 collies were shown. 4 blue merles 1 sable and white and 1 tricolor. I am owned by a tricolor who is now 11 and such a sweetheart. Collies are my heart and soul. Your tricolor reminds me of my tricolor except she just takes over the floor right where my feet are located so I have to keep moving over.
Oh my gosh this is the cutest thing! I know people say humans are cat servants but I always feel like my dogs demand way more from me than my cats do. And of course I oblige. 😅

Collies are basically malfunctioning as the normal.
Mine loves to moan expressively when he is comfy or enjoying something, like getting comfy in bed, rolling on the lawn etc, so darn funny.
