Duels could be a good way to farm gems if they half chest prices and when you win you get half of the gems from the original price as a way for new players to get gems
I think the best option here is just buff mobile, give better aim assist, higher fov options, higher sensititivty options for both pc and mobile ( pc players can just increase cursor speed), then mobile players will have a chance to beat pc players
