Ain’t no way that mile and a half time was right. Been in for over 12 years, and I’ve seen a lot of sub 9’s and his pace wasn’t even close. Short track of it was planned with the guy recording lol

@@tylergarcia7002 so getting a seal contract is basically getting into buds right and the stuff you have to do you get two minute well air force is a minute so yeah it’s stupid but war hawk is the way to go for sure
@@tylergarcia7002 The warhawk award was taking away when I when through BMT, they only awarded the TOP PT performer throughout the whole squadron

@@FilostoneSpamnesian I graduated Jan 20, at that time there were not awards besides Top PT throughout the whole squadron
I’m waiting for my waiver and I’ll be off! My fear is the run, I’m good on push-ups and sit-ups but the mile and half is what will get me
I go on run 3x a week now, usually I try to sprint for 9:12 and I run at a good pace for an extra 21 mins. It has improved my endurance drastically.

1.5 miles in 8:08 mins, 62 pushups under 1 min, 80 situps in 1 min, and 10 pull ups (no time limit)
