I use a rebound with a stable bar it helps be strength my body like more exercise to help with the balance I love the rebound much easier on my body then the floor do you have any good exercises for a rebound?
@@maloney0083 I’m glad the rebounder is helping you! Some brains respond really well to that mode of exercise. I do t have a lot of specifics for a rebounder see. I can say that changing up the angles, speed, duration, and tempo can help improve strength, fitness, and agility.
Thank you Trevor for this super easy exercise. My balance has gone pretty unstable, and it is difficult to take a single step without holding something. Dealing with both Hypothyroidism and MS. Symptoms of muscle weakness, balance issues are very similar. I will follow it to make my daily activities better. Hoping that it will end any frustration, anger that comes with disbalancing/unstable gait🥲🙂.

Most appreciated mate 🙌🏼 simply watching sessions when unable to move made a significant impact. Now I work out daily.
