How to Connect / Pair PS4 Controller to Sony Smart TV (wireless bluetooth connection)

Damn new tvs use this new Bluetooth remote feature. I have an old 2018 smart tv and doesn’t use this feature. I miss the old days when tvs actually had buttons so you could go in settings change channels and change volume
