I used to be a alcoholic and I gave my life to God and now I can say Thank God I’m not a recovering alcoholic but I’m delivered from the alcohol and it’s hold on me. Glad to see that you will at least go back a second or third time and give them another chance. I have gotten some meals that I did not care for but the next time it was much better. I guess it's like people, we all have good days and bad days. Thanks for another great review.
Yes, that is true. Had they still had the same original menu, I might not have. But when we saw their new and improved menu, we decided to give it another shot.
Kim gets Monte Cristo sandwiches at Chedders . They are incredible there. Weceanted to go to Cumberland Jack's when we were there in January but we didn't have time. We went to Crocketts Breakfast Csmp and 5 Oaks. I l9ve the decor in there. That a great story about Cumberland Jack. Hopefully the next time we csn make it there. Shawnasi you were really making Kim and me laugh with your hair. You were really having a problem with the wind weren't you? So funny. Thanks for another great review.
Yes, the wind really picked up when we did the close out. She loves Cheddar's, but she usually gets some Cajun pasta dish there when we go. Yes, Cumberland Jack was quite a dog. According to one of those signs, he made the trip to town from the mountain for supplies, by himself. Our Yorkies can find their own food dish, but that's about it.
Cool story about that dog. Your ribs looked good but hate to hear the brisket was dry. I sent you a message about that Monte Cristo sandwich. Hopefully the expanded menu will bring in customers!

It’s so sad that you guys have to explain how you live YOUR lives!! It’s even sadder that people watching is worried that your meals may be free??! I mean come on!! So what if they are?! You give them FREE advertising.. Social media has really brought out the misery in people. If they are so unhappy with everything they see why do they not find something that makes them happy?! They sit and pass judgement ALL day long on others cause they are so miserable that it spews out of them.. Happy people don’t waste their time worrying if someone is getting a free meal or not. Enjoy you meals, hopefully one day you’ll get some FREE meals.. I won’t be mad at ya’ll.. Every single person would do if they could.. I couldn’t deal with what you TH-camrs deal with.. it’s really sad!!
You are spot on. Yes, this gem came from a guy a few weeks back, that wrote a very lengthy comment, telling us everything wrong with our channel. Basically, implying that we say positive things about restaurants to get free meals, which is funny, because we always point out what was good, and what wasn't. Some people think we are not positive enough...LOL. This was the first time we have been accused of being "nice" just for free meals. I kindly informed that "gentleman", that by the time the video even goes up (which is after we have already left), we had already paid for the meal. The fact is, we have never been given a free meal by a restaurant. We are simply sharing our own personal experiences. You are correct...Social media platforms such as this, bring out the unhappiness that sadly, permeates the lives of so many. They are miserable, negative, and bitter, so they express it by attacking others. It is sad. Thank you for your always encouraging comments.
