Just goes to show how the power of technology and the internet can bring out songs that were once hits in other countries out to the rest of the world today for people to listen to.
And not only that but she also disoovered she had cancer and was ending her career to spend time with her family and kinda regretted doing this song at the time or so i read. And to see it become so popular i wonder how shed feel

It's an amazing concept, but he built it the hard way, and it was clear from the get-go its stiffening-rod would let it wobble like jelly. Chuck an aluminum tube in a lathe and machine the frets in directly. A 20 minute job at most. For extra rigidity, a thick pine dowel down the tube.

A lot of huge stars are doing CityPop covers, CityPop songs, etc. Gabi Belle for example just did a cover/interpolation of Plastic Love in a new song. Caitlin Myers is a well-known English CityPop singer here on TH-cam with millions of subscribers. Trust me, CityPop is not an obscure genre anymore.
