Hey Dr. Ninja Turtle. Thanks for sticking around. I need to get over to your channel and see what you've been up to.

Thank you so much for sharing the amazing story, I'm 26 yo , the way you talked about retirement blows my mind. That's a lot to learn from, you're like my mentor .

Thanks for the comment. You are way ahead of me. We didn't have TH-cam and all of this information when I was in my 20's. I'm sure you're going to crush it.

Thank you so much for replying me, me as new immigrant in the US still trying to figure out my life. I've been interested in real estate , i want to learn more about it, how to invest, I think it's important to have a high income job or decent income to pay for at lest down payment and have emergency saving as you mentioned earlier. I'm planning to going to nursing school , then leverage my ability to invest in real estate . Virgin Island and puerto rico have caught my eyes , please keep sharing the information.@@TheRetirementality

Very interesting. I bought 2 houses in Butte in the eartly 2000's in the low 30's and still have them. Montana has become expensive.

Thanks for watching. Hopefully you make enough to pay all those taxes in NYC and still have some to invest. I'm sure you'll do great if you're watching stuff like this.

I’m still here! I would love to get a property in the Caribbean… I have been watching for the last couple of years and have been doing a lot of research.

Be sure you go and spend some time there. I'm think about selling my house in Puerto Rico soon. If you're interested.

Love your 2nd house. The land is awesome. I am in St Thomas. Family wants to move. I love it here but will go crazy with wife and daughter bugging me. They have Island Fever. So looking for new place to settle not sure where yet.

Yea that was a great house. There were guys there doing some work I thought I was going to get inside. What about Puerto Rico? Have y'all spent any time there. It feel less like an island. I'm considering selling my house in Puerto Rico too because we don't use it as much as we used to.
