I tried switching the Different Havana Level files but got the same result as this video. I don't suppose you have any software you use that lets you open the files as I have software that extracted the ISO file but there are still files I can't look at.
@@Comando52Colton idk what i did in that video on multiplayer map, theres two videos i made of the green pickup on havana. one is color and multiplayer map cheat, the other one is just a re-texture, thats all. i used Umod to re-texture the pickup in second video.
There's isn't a cheat to get the beta textures on Single player as they are attached to the level file. However you can play on the multiplayer levels if you wish to use it. I also have cheats to make it feel like a single player level. why you not try swith the files of the game and try load the demo cars in full maps. thats my theory.

You made the Pickup on Havana Green. Was that a port from the Small Maps or no?

Its possible for you to make a code to reduce the texture popping of the game? at least at some extent?
